As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of hiring across engineering, commercial, and business teams. You'll find exceptional talent, partner closely with hiring managers, and help us build a scalable, AI-enabled hiring engine for our next stage of growth.

You'll play a key role in building the team behind Harmoney's growth.
This isn't a role where you wait for applications to come in. You'll actively build pipelines, headhunt hard-to-find talent, challenge hiring managers, and continuously find smarter ways to hire using AI, technology, and data.
๐ What you'll do
Own recruitment end-to-end, from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding
Build talent pipelines and proactively headhunt across European markets
Partner with and challenge hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Manage multiple technical and commercial searches simultaneously
Improve our recruitment tech stack, workflows, and candidate experience
Use AI and recruitment data to make hiring faster and better
๐งฉ You'll thrive in this role if you...
Are fluent in Dutch and English
Have 2โ6 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience
Have recruited both technical and commercial profiles
Can confidently manage 10+ searches at the same time
Love sourcing and proactively finding great people
Are highly structured, proactive, and driven by ownership
Can confidently advise and challenge hiring managers
Are comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools
๐ Nice to have
Fluency in French
Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
International recruitment experience and knowledge of European talent markets
Hands-on experience using AI in recruitment
Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
